| The 2nd International Congress was held at Queens College, Cambridge at the end of March, following up on the congress held in Madrid in January 2003.
For those of you who were unable to attend, remaining copies of the proceedings have all been sold, but we hope to be able to make these available electronically, as there is still a demand.
