Cancellation requests must be made no later than February 2006. No refunds will be given after this date. If you are unable to attend the Congress after February 2006 we suggest that you attempt to send a substitute in your place. On cancellation a handling fee of 20% will be levied. Any cancellations made within
6 months of the Congress will be subject to a 50% levy.
